Dr. Andrale D. Jeanlouis was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised between the U.S. and Haiti, where she was deeply influenced by her bicultural heritage. Her passion for education and storytelling was ignited by her father, an esteemed educator and Dean at Faculté des Sciences Humaines (FASCH), where she was surrounded by a rich cultural heritage that shaped her understanding of leadership, resilience, and service.
Dr. Jeanlouis holds a Doctorate in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership, a Master’s in Human Resources, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Her academic path reflects a lifelong commitment to growth, service, and empowering underrepresented voices. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in integrity and empowerment, striving to make a lasting impact in both corporate and community spheres.
In 2015, Dr. Jeanlouis published her debut memoir, I Am Not My Mother’s Child, which explores themes of identity, trauma, and healing. The book’s bold, personal narrative has been celebrated for its depth and authenticity.
Her most recent work, The Power Within: Minority Women Paving the Way in Corporate Leadership with Inclusivity, builds on this foundation, amplifying the stories of underrepresented women who navigate systems of power with courage, brilliance, and authenticity.
